Backstory
The creation of the identity and branding for Creative Hitman was a labor of love that sums up the many years that I've spent working my way up as a designer to becoming an art director and creative director leading a team of designers. Through the years I've found that I've needed to reinvent myself in order to evolve with the times and the needs of clients. The identity design tells the story in a format that is a nod to the dreams I had when I was young, thinking that I would originally become a comic book artist.
While there are those who will see the name and perhaps have a negative line of thinking, I would counter that the name is a play on words. In this situation, the Creative Hitman is an outsider that comes to take on the creative work that the client is not able to construct on their own. The representation of the brain in the logo illustrates the fact that the brain is one of the largest muscles in the human body, and he utilizes it as his weapon of choice in the quest to create design solutions that solve the client's problem.
